Rashann began his career in Insurance in 1999, where he started marketing the old fashioned way of “smiles and dials”. In 2004, he joined one of the nation’s largest financial services firms where he focused on securities. After spending a few years in financial services, he decided to focus his attention on the P&C market, and in 2010 joined PGAC’s call center, where he was spent 7 years and had an immediate impact , training new agents on relationship building, sales, and closing techniques. Rashann joined Wahve in July 2021 as a Billing Coordinator, and now works as a Senior Account Manager where he focuses on developing strong fundamental relationships, and expanding the client base. Rashann resides in Vero Becah Florida, and enjoys Fishing, Kayaking, Going to the beach, Fitness and spending time with family.
